Acknowledgment: the audio-derived auto-haptics in this project were inspired by the
earlier auto-haptics work of loteran on the DS5Dongle. While the DSP and related
code here were independently rewritten, loteran's original experiments — in
particular relocating `state_set` to RAM, which enabled haptic actuation at stock
clock speeds — were the foundation that made this feature possible. With thanks.

Acknowledgment: the stuck-rumble fix (sending controller state when it changes even
while the speaker is active) is based on mik9's upstream "Fix stuck rumble" commit to
DS5Dongle. The USB suspend/wake hardening (debounced controller power-off to ride out
hub-induced suspends, and a grace window so a deliberate USB reconnect is not mistaken
for a host sleep) is based on up2urheadlights' upstream pull request #186 to DS5Dongle.
